Quotes and approval
Quotes marked as inspection-based may change after the vehicle and requested work are assessed. No additional work should begin without customer approval.
Work location and scheduling
Customers must provide a safe, legal and accessible work location. Weather, site conditions, parts availability, and vehicle condition may require rescheduling.
Warranty coverage
Warranty coverage applies only to the documented workmanship and terms provided with the completed service. It does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, pre-existing damage, or third-party modifications.
Cancellation, deposits and refunds
Cancellation, deposit and refund requirements must be confirmed with the business before payment.
