TNT Car Care is an owner-operated mobile automotive business founded by Zack C. in May 2026 after approximately 13 years of automotive-industry experience and early technical-college automotive training.
Why TNT Exists
TNT began with detailing and expanded because customers also needed mechanical work from someone who would explain the problem before selling the solution. The goal is one trusted point of contact for mechanical care, detailing, audio, lighting, and appropriate vehicle modifications.
What Transparency Means Here
A trouble code is not automatic permission to replace a part. An unexpected condition is not automatic permission to add labor. When the evidence, scope, price, or mobile-service limits change, Zack explains the change before moving forward.
Mobile Service Has Real Limits
Some work requires a lift, alignment or tire equipment, programming, extensive disassembly, controlled conditions, or a specialty facility. TNT accepts work when the vehicle, repair, equipment, weather, property rules, and worksite make mobile service appropriate.
Work Directly With the Owner
Customers communicate directly with Zack about the accepted service, findings, estimate, and next steps.
